Pipelines brackets

For petroleum products, water, gas, in pharmacy, in the nuclear industry,… Pipelines are made of steel or stainless steel pipes, which are of different dimensions and wall thicknesses. Steel pipelines in open root welds and we use an additional material that is the same quality as the base material. We weld by TIG OR REO process or by a combination of both. When making stainless steel pipelines, the process is a little different. When welding stainless steel pipes, we must weld the weld in ARGON shielding gas, which is used to protect the root of the weld in the inner part of the pipe, without which the weld would be of poor quality and useless. Stainless steel pipes are welded in a closed or open root, which means that a closed root up to three millimeters of pipe wall thickness is made, which is more than three and an open root is required. The open root is made so that the welded edges are machined at a certain angle so that the inner edges of the pipe can be welded. We also take care of the assembly of the made segments of the pipeline, as well as the production and installation of brackets.
